ok everything in my life is pretty good, i have a great relationship, and great friends, my family kind of sux's but wut eve.
i have all these things going

but why do i still feel sad and worthless?

i can help other ppl with their problems but never my own,
why does this always happen

well first of all stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something about it

i went through the same thing myself where i had everything i wanted the dream guy a job everything in school was going great then i started to get sick

i wasnt taking care of myself i would rather take care of those around me then me lol

people always say what i may be telling you know but its true and you know it its just hard to do

second of all family will be family lol no matter what always remember they will be there before friends for example if u get into an accident ur friends wont pay the bill now will they

me and my mother get into it every now and then lol my pops is in jail so i gotta make things work


suggestions: sit down and right down things you have accomplished so you dont feel worthless and youll only feel sad if you take yourself there think about happy moments youve had and the ones your going to have
or go do something that makes you happy
